Shipping & Returns policy
Your order will be shipped promptly depending on stock availability, usually within 2-4 WORKING DAYS. Please allow up to four weeks for delivery depending on location. If there is a shipping delay over 30 working days we will notify you. All parcels will be sent via registered mail using
RETURNS
Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the goods to organise a refund, credit or exchange. You are responsible for the cost of postage on all returns except in the case of damaged or faulty products. All returned goods must be in their original packaging and must be authorised by an employee of Titan IT, that they can be returned.
If you order a product online or via catalogue and you are unsatisfied with the product for some reason, you may return the item/s providing that:
a. You notify us immediately upon receipt of the item/s
b. The item/s are returned once authorised within 48 hours of notification to us
c. The item has not been opened or damaged
d. You pay for the return postage of the item
Any credits will only be processed once the item/s have been received in good order as above.
